I have been a supervisor of counsellors since 1996 and supervise individuals and groups in agency, training institution and private settings.

My supervision work now includes email and online supervision either by email or live in a private webconference room.  This style of supervision is suitable for experienced counsellors who find it difficult to travel long distances for supervision and who may wish to experience sending and receiving written notes for their supervision sessions. Please if you would like to discuss setting up a supervision arrangement.

I charge this form of supervision at the rate of 35 per session which can be made up of one main email each way and a supplementary follow-up or a one-hour live session either in my private website chatroom or in a Messenger chatroom.

For my dissertation, I chose to research potentially destructive experiences in group supervision. I have added my dissertation to the website for anyone who would like to read it. It is contained in a winzip file.  Download my dissertation

I am also the Course Director of a training project which offers internet training in an experiential way to experienced counselors and psychotherapists who are planning to introduce an online service. If you are interested in this, please visit our website at

Since 2001 I have been a member of an international clinical case study group and contributed to a joint paper entitled Myths and Realities of Clinical Online Work.   The full version of this paper was published in Cyberbehavior and Psychology, Autumn 2002.
